Marc Pinto – ESCANÇÃO
Marc Pinto, Sommelier at FIFTY SECONDS, built part of his career in Spain, namely with Martín Berasategui, where he worked in the team that achieved the third Michelin star for the Lasarte restaurant.
He has won several awards such as the National Sommelier Championship, which he won in 2022, the “Sommelier of the Year” award from Grandes Escolhas (2021) and Revista de Vinhos (2020) magazines, as well as “Sommelier of the Year” at the Mesa Marcada Awards (2020).
Rui Monteiro – ROOM MANAGER Rui Monteiro is a room professional with exceptional sensitivity in the art of hospitality.
His professional career is full of experience gained on cruises over 6 years and at the Guincho Fortress for 19 years.
