Rui Silvestre was born in Valongo, but moved to the Algarve at the age of 10. At 29 he became one of the youngest national chefs to win a Michelin star. At the wheel of FIFTY SECONDS he will take us on a journey rich in seafood and spices.

He loves combining the best products from land and sea, in an innovative way, evoking all the senses and preserving the authentic and exceptional flavor of local ingredients.
